- Rates are subjected to 10% Service Charge and 9% Goods and Services Tax.
- For credit card/debit card payment, rates are further subjected to 3.5% administrative fee.
- For bank transfer, a SGD 50.000 bank charge will be added to the total outstanding.
- Total accommodation room rates are payable in the following phases:
- 10% of total contracted stay (non-refundable in case of cancellation), upon the confirmation of the accommodation booking by the participants.
- 45 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of total contracted stay.
- The cancellation policy for accommodation bookings will be as follows:
- At least 150 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the total room nights can be cancelled, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
- At least 120 days prior to the check-in date, up to 75% of the total room nights can be cancelled without charge.
- At least 90 days prior to the check-in date, up to 50% of the total room nights can be cancelled without charge.
- At least 60 days prior to the check-in date, up to 10% of the total room nights can be cancelled without charge.
- Within 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% charge for every cancelled room night.
- Services chosen under “Additional Services (Optional)” are inclusive of 9% Goods and Services Tax.
