The hotel incorporates the latest technologies to deliver excellent service in an environmentally sustainable manner. The whole hotel is wired to provide Wi-Fi access. The rooms are designed with large windows to allow natural light to filter through, but heat is kept out using heat reflective and double glazing glass. The hotel building is Greenmark certified and its green efforts include installation of LED lighting, sensor lighting and using equipment and fittings that are green ticked. Every room is also equipped with an energy saving filtered water dispenser. This allows guests to consume water without wasting a single plastic bottle.

- Book after 7 August 2024 full payment is required.
- Free Cancellation on or before 7 August 2024 (only applicable for event rate).
Payment refunded less credit card processing fees of 3.5% Administrative Fees. - Cancel after 7 August 2024 or no show on arrival day or shortening of stay.
Full cancellation charges will apply. - Rates are subjected to 10% Service Charge and 9% Goods and Services Tax.
- For credit card/debit card payment, rates are further subjected to 3.5% Administrative Fees.
- For bank transfer, a refundable SGD 50.00 admin charge will be added to the total outstanding. Should the amount we received is higher than the total outstanding due, the excess amount will be refunded to you on site.
