  • At least 150 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the total room nights can be cancelled, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • At least 120 days prior to the check-in date, up to 75% of the total room nights can be cancelled without charge.
  • At least 90 days prior to the check-in date, up to 50% of the total room nights can be cancelled without charge.
  • At least 60 days prior to the check-in date, up to 10% of the total room nights can be cancelled without charge.
  • Within 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% charge for every cancelled room night.
• Services chosen under “Additional Services (Optional)” are subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax.
