Payment refunded less credit card processing fees of 3.5% Administrative Fees. - Cancel after 30 April 2024 or no show on arrival day or shortening of stay.
Full cancellation charges will apply. - Rates are subjected to 10% Service Charge and 9% Goods and Services Tax.
- For credit card/debit card payment, rates are further subjected to 3.5% Administrative Fees.
- For bank transfer, a refundable SGD 50.00 admin charge will be added to the total outstanding. Should the amount we received is higher than the total outstanding due, the excess amount will be refunded to you on site.
- Services chosen under “Additional Services (Optional)” are subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax.
